Land Disposal

At Whitehill & Bordon, the DIO (Defence Infrastructure Organisation) have worked with our joint venture clients to develop a land disposal model that sees development parcels retained, and infrastructure provided upfront (funded in part from Homes England), allowing monies that in a traditional model might have been required to fund land interest payments, being instead directed towards premium and early infrastructure delivery.

A circa £25m fund has been invested in the place, securitized against land, before a single home has been conveyed.
