Structuring Plan & Site Masterplan
In response to a planning condition at Whitehill & Bordon, we have pioneered the development of the ‘Structuring Plan’. This innovative tool sits between the consented hybrid planning permission and the suite of Reserved Matters Applications (RMAs), providing a flexible interface, allowing for reinterpretation of planning parameters (within the scope of the Environmental Statement).
This has led to changes including:
- Change to school locations
- Amendment to arrangement and content of public open space infrastructure and creation of additional facilities
- Modification of site densities
- Updated town centre masterplan strategy
All without requiring planning resubmissions but negotiated in concert with the Local Planning Authority.
